Designed a 26-week multi-modal AI fusion research program for the Canadian Armed Forces under the Innovation for Defence Excellence and Security (IDEaS) program. The project targets Component 1a (TRL 1–3) and proposes a split architecture — cloud-based training, edge-based inference — designed for tactical deployment within SWaP constraints.
The work plan includes transformer-based temporal alignment, Bayesian uncertainty quantification, dynamic knowledge graph construction, and hybrid provenance tracking. Full proposal: 86 pages with milestone tables, cost proposal, risk register, and compliance matrix.
